When they entered the [[Hellmouth II/Season 23]] postseason as the #1 seed, facing off against the #4 seeded Boat Shoes, they saw their chance. The Chews did not just beat the Shoes, denying them their final opportunity at [[Hellmouth II Cup]] redemption, they crushed the Boat Shoes in 3 straight games. There was much discussion about the fate of the Boat Shoes, who had seemed to be making a genuine effort in all 3 games.
