We have {{Tl|8TeamBracket}} (lines are broken, but that's a separate issue)

We need {{Tl|8TeamRainbowBracket}} (based on 4 team bracket, but adding 2 teams per round)

Done. Also managed to fix the lines issue in {{Tl|8TeamBracket}}.

Fix procedure:

* Set border color to red for the cell whose border is messed up, see that it is collapsing halfway through (where the border disappears)
* Fixed it by setting border=0 and finding where the cells didn't extend far enough to the right
* Had to add some empty cells with a specified colspan, right up until the empty cell whose border is supposed to form the connecting line
* Voila, took a couple of tries but now it's finished and fixed and looking good!
