Cup History Jumbo Migration

Migrate season by season jumbos from homepage onto cup pages

• Hellmouth Cup - add {{HellmouthCupHistoryJumbo}} to Hellmouth Cup in a top-level "Hellmouth Cup History" section just before pennant winners
• Pseudo Cup - add {{PseudoCupHistoryJumbo}} to Pseudo Cup
• Toroidal Cup - add {{ToroidalCupHistoryJumbo}} to Toroidal Cup
• Dragon Cup - add {{DragonCupHistoryJumbo}} to Dragon Cup

Fix up spacing to match {{Navbox hellmouth history}}:

(All it took was two vim one-liners, one to add a br tag ahead of each season summary/postseason summary, and one to add a line break and a br tag and a line break before the start of a new row)
