Hellmmouth Community College (HCC) is an educational institution located in Hellmouth and is the home of Golly splorts.
The Metablaseball Research Laboratory (MeRL) is in the HCC Physics Department, so Golly activities are organized in that department. Golly Chief Architect Ch4zm of Hellmouth is also an instructor in the physics department. Ch4zm was able to secure funding for the clomputational machines, as well as use of a building in the HCC Annex for the clomputational machines to be housed.
