The Sugar Grove Eavesdroppers are a Golly team from Sugar Grove, West Virginia. Sugar Grove is located in the National Radio Quiet Zone. The Eavesdroppers are an expansion team that joined the Golly league in Season 16 of the Hellmouth Cup.

The Eavesdroppers are antisocial by nature but have a charisma that many describe as hypnotic. Being under the gaze of the Eavesdroppers has been described by many as a feeling of being magnetized or supercharged with electricity. The Eavesdroppers have a heightened sensitivity to electronics and electromagnetic waves.

Having spent most of their existence in the National Radio Quiet Zone, a zone where the use of electronics equipment or radio-emitting devices is severely restricted, the Droppers are extremely sensitive to environments with radio frequency waves. They utilize large faraday cages when traveling for road games to help block radio waves. Many Droppers are self-sufficient agrarians and carpenters, and disappear into the woods each offseason. No one knows where they disappear to, who they eavesrop on, or what their motivations are.
