The Delaware Embezzlement Scandals are a series of scandals involving the Delaware Corporate Shells . These scandals have mainly hit during seasons in which the Shells are performing badly.

The scandals have been underreported, and mentions of the scandals laregely scrubbed from published literature, due to numerous conditions related to class action settlements paid out by the Delaware Corporate Shells, who have yet to make a single public statement about the scandals.

There has been some speculation in Delaware newspapers that, due to the frequency of these embezzlement scandals, the Delaware Corporate Shells may have some kind of proclivity toward money, and an irrational, possibly irresistable desire to obtain more of it. This has not been confirmed, but has resulted in multiple lawsuits involving Delaware newspapers and various shell corporations.
