Jersey Courage refers to courage gained from intoxication with alcohol. The term stems from the
Jersey OSHA Violations
tradition of getting smashed, hammered, blitzed, sloshed, stewed, and three sheets to the wind before every playoffs game. (Often compared to Seattle Courage.)
