During Season 4 of the Hellmouth Cup, the Sacramento Boot Lickers were down in the dumps about their bitter rivals, the San Francisco Boat Shoes , claiming their second champion title in three seasons, and were doubting their chances at making the playoffs. The team decided to change things up by starting a book club, and the whole team read a self-help book called "Visualize Your Power."

On Day 25, the Sacramento Boot Lickers , sitting at an 11-13 record, were facing off against the Detroit Grape Chews, with a 16-8 record: bcf3c48f-3563-472b-b5e1-bf0b078b3a23

Despite the Boot Lickers trailing for most of the game, and despite having run out of formations and reached a steady state, the Boot Lickers nevertheless managed to pull off a one-point victory over the Grape Chews after a last minute formation by the Grape Chews backfired.
