Big Purple Time Machine
- invent a time machine to try and change the past
- everything they do just results in a bunch of alternative Golly universes where they continue to lose the pennant game
Golly Mirror Universes:
- would require rewriting golly core to do reverse indexing of array
- would probably be bookkeeping - intriguing idea
- revives the whole idea of a golly sandbox - different patterns, different maps, different CA types... golly reverse grid

This raises so many questions...
- First: how did we even find this? I think we zeroed in on the one-point victory, and it just so happened to fold in nicely with the season narrative
- Second: we could use better templates. what cup, what season, what day, score, color boxes with team colors
- Third: love it, in spirit. but it opens a can of worms. programmatically finding these matches, running golly spice calculations, organizing golly spice data, compute resources needed to do that (although, shoot, we can just sit back and let emmett/seawater chug...)
- Fourth: potential to use these to generate or reinforce a narrative thread... might be a good time to introduce other elements to help the narrative thread from getting repetitive, for example, managers and team captains

Similar idea - but this one is for a series...
- Focus is on the Detroit Grape Chews (as good a tragicomic starting point as any, right??)
- Single greatest choke of all time (series)
- Could also do features of each double-choke series,
- Could also give nicknames to each Detroit choke, and each Baltimore choke,
- (This is where we'd want to dig deeper into tragic sports lore for some ideas)
