The Texas Crown was a bitter rivalry between the Baltimore Texas and Ft. Worth Piano Tuners . The rivalry is still considered a Crown Jewel of Golly.

The rivalry ended when, at the end of Toroidal/Season 20, the Commissioner of Golly announced that the Baltimore Texas would be incinerated, in light of their Choke Artist status, and the Ft. Worth Piano Tuners would be relegated to eternal humiliation by having to take on the team colors and hometown of their bitter rivals, and become the Baltimore Piano Tuners .

At the conclusion of Toroidal/Season 20, the Golly Commissioner announced the Cancel Texas Memo, which brought about an end to the Texas Crown by ordering the incineration of the Baltimore Texas and the humiliation of the Ft. Worth Piano Tuners by becoming the Baltimore Piano Tuners .
