Team Character

The San Jose Avionics joined the Peninsula Cup League in Pseudo/Season 1. They were placed in the San Francisco Bay League's Low Division, filled with some of the richest, most powerful, and most famous teams in the entire Peninsula League, so were already set at a disadvantage. But the Avionics were worse than anyone could have imagined, and were so bad that they eventually earned the moniker "San Francisco Bay Choke Artists." Their Monterey Bay Choke Artist counterparts were the Santa Cruz Bananas .

In Dragon/Season 7, the Double Unchoke led to the first-ever Cup appearance by both the Santa Cruz Bananas and San Jose Avionics . The Avionics won the series to become the Dragon Cup champions, bring home the franchise's first-ever championship, and break free of the Choke Artist title.
