- In the Cold Fire division the Baltimore Texas maintained a consistent grip on first place until the last few games of the season, losing it to the Elko Astronauts. The Seattle Sneakers spent most of the season in hibernation.
- In the Cold Water division the Jersey OSHA Violations were eager to make up for a disappointing Season 4 performance, and they didn't disappoint. Cold Water was a horse race between the [[Jersey OSHA Violations and the Tucson Butchers, with the Butchers taking the division by a hair.
