mid-season for first place, and never looked downback
- In the Cold Water division, the
Jersey OSHA Violations
were on track to make their first postseason appearance in franchise history until a series of mysterious accidents mid-season sent several key players to the hospital (it was a life-or-death situation). Morale crumbled, and the team nosedived into the second half of the season. The 
San Diego Balloon Animals
were waiting in the wings and took the division by a mile.

dominated, maintaining a record of 10 games above .500
- The
Sacramento Boot Lickers
were the dark horse in the Hot Water division, rallying unexpectedly from a mediocre position in third place mid-season to rocket into first place and take the division. The
