Seattle Sneakers
started off on the wrong foot, looking like they might have an historically bad season, but their recovery was just as dramatic. The 
Elko Astronauts
and 
Baltimore Texas
tangled for the top spot
- In the Cold Water division, the
Tucson Butchers
and 
San Diego Balloon Animals
raced each other to partytime. The 
Ft. Worth Piano Tuners
and 
Jersey OSHA Violations
didn't do much better. Ultimately the Ft. Worth Piano Tuners
won the division with a win-loss record below .500 (24-25), the only time that has ever happened in the Cold Water division.
- In Hot Fire the
Milwaukee Flamingos
couldn't hang, dropping from vying for first to dead last, while the 
Detroit Grape Chews
held first for most of the season
- In Hot Water the
Atlanta Glitter Sharks
